Chris Brown’s sentence order is delayed as the judge wants him to offer his time on community service – the Caltrans type or hard labor. This was gathered from tmz.com.

It was noted that the full plan for Chris Brown’s community service in Virginia is not in place yet. The judge for his case demands that she be given the full schedule of his community service work by the end of August 2009.

The judge has been informed of 90% ratio of his shedule alloted for hard work, but the remaining 10% is yet to be seen by the highest court official.

As was reported in July, Chris Brown plead guilty of felony assault against ex-girlfriend and a co-artist, Rihanna. He did public apology via a video posted in Youtube, among other sites.
